Deadline for Questions Tuesday, March 22nd 2022, 2:00 pm PT The scope of work involves mowing, line trimming, weeding, leaf collection, sweeping pathways and sidewalks, waste receptacles, litter collection, animal waste collection and offsite disposal of all clippings and refuse. The work is divided into specific tasks listed on paragraph b. Landscape Maintenance Tasks. To provide seasonal landscape maintenance services the Contractor shall: supply all tools, equipment, labour and materials necessary to complete all the work as specified including garbage bags for waste receptacles. maintain all equipment used in connection with this Contract, clean, in good repair and appropriately insured. provide in advance of the start of the contract the specific days of the week that weekly services will be performed for each location. The term of this contract shall commence April 15, 2022 with a completion date of Oct 31, 2022 1 seasonal term Term 1 April 15, 2022 Oct 31, 2022. A contract extension option for three additional terms is available in accordance to clause 2 of Part A clause 2. Contract Term.
