The City of Sunray is currently accepting bids for street chip sealing. This bid work covers approximately 32,121 Sq/Yds. of city streets along with approximately 48 Sq/Yds. of street patching. The City of Sunray is also currently accepting bids for the construction of a 75 X 30 Parking area consisting of base work and a double chip seal surface. NOTE!!! The contract may be awarded either to the lowest bidder or to the bidder who provides the goods or services at the best value for the municipality. The City of Sunray reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Technical guidelines and maps can be obtained at Sunray City Hall. Bids may be held by the City of Sunray for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of investigating the bidders qualifications prior to execution of any contract. The City of Sunray is requesting that the winning bidder will have completed the bid job NO LATER than September 30, 2020.
