Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brookhaven, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work involved in the project includes a modified bitumen roof replacement for the Boiler Room at the Government Complex and a TPO roof replacement for the Civil Defense Building. The materials shall meet the requirements of the plans, contract documents.
