Bidders shall submit a bid for the cost of construction. All bidders shall know that the Board of Supervisors shall accept the lowest and best bid. Bidders must comply with Section 3 of the HUD ACT of 1968, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246.
