Reference Number 0000219553 Source ID PP.CO.CAN.789841.C108339 Delivery Point Longueuil, Quebec Question Acceptance Deadline 2022/04/14 12:00:00 AM EDT THE JACQUES CARTIER AND CHAMPLAIN BRIDGES INCORPORATED, a body corporate having its Head Office in the City of Longueuil, province of Quebec, Canada, established by the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority Act and herein acting and exercising its powers as an agent of Her Majesty in right of Canada (hereafter referred to as "Owner") invites you to submit a proposal for Contract No 62693 / Jacques Cartier Bridge, Sections 4 to 6, Consultant Services for the Preparation of Studies, Plans and Specifications, as well as Technical Assistance for Ile Sainte- Helene Pavilion and Site Development (2022-2026), (hereafter referred to as << Contract >>). This Contract generally consists of providing professional engineering services for the preparation of studies, plans and specifications, as well as technical assistance for the development of the Ile Sainte-Helene pavilion and site between Sections 4 and 6 of the Jacques Cartier Bridge (hereinafter referred to as the "Bridge") in 2022-2023,2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. o for those who do not hold a subscription giving access to the Owner's requests for proposals on Merx: $25.00 per request for proposals for downloading the Request for Proposal Documents. For addenda, the fees are $4.95 per month for the duration of the request for proposals, $2.00 per request for proposals and $0.12 per page for automatic email delivery. o for those who hold a subscription giving access to the Owner's requests for proposals on Merx: free downloading of the Request for Proposal Documents. For addenda, the fees are $2.00 per request for proposals and $0.12 per page for automatic email delivery. The submission of a proposal constitutes an assertion that the proponent has read all Request for Proposal Documents and agrees to the conditions therein set forth. This Contract is covered by Chapter 5 Procurement of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and by Chapter 19 Government procurement of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. Procurement strategy: proposal that represents the best overall value. Please fill the "TECHNICAL OFFER" (Section 4) and "FINANCIAL OFFER" (Section 5) forms as outlined in the "INSTRUCTIONS TO CONSULTANTS" (Section 2). Please return the copies of your technical offer and of your financial offer in two (2) separate envelopes, which shall be sealed and marked "Technical Offer" and "Financial Offer", and on which the labels provided by the Owner for that purpose shall be affixed, at the address below, which is the only address for the receipt of proposals. The Owner does not bind itself to accept any proposal, notably if the Owner determines that it is not in the public interest to award the Contract.
