Tenders must be clearly identified with the name of the project, namely: MUNICIPALITY OF LAC-BOUCHETTE REDEVELOPMENT OF OFFICES ON THE GROUND FLOOR The start of the work can be done from April 4, 2022. The end of the work is scheduled for March 31, 2023. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for pledges, materials and services will be required at the signing of the contract. The amount of each must correspond to 50% of the contract price. Only contractors having their principal place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement are eligible to bid. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. The owner does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
