Bartow County will accept sealed bid, accompanied by a Bid Bond, for the Window Replacement and Repairs at the Countys Elizabeth Street Facility located at 10 Elizabeth Street, Cartersville, GA 30120. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price in a form to be provided by the County. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance will be required with the Bartow County Commission listed as an additional insured. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Funds in the amount of 5% of the Bid Amount.
