Renovation of an educational facility in Burbank, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Education of REAVIS HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 220 will receive sealed bids for the following: INDUSTRIAL ARTS RENOVATION to be performed at the following school: Reavis High School 6034 W 77th St, Burbank, IL 60459 ALL BIDDERS: Reavis High School District 220 will receive separate sealed bids for each of the following bid packages: Bid Package 2A- Demolition Bid Package 4A- Masonry Bid Package 6A- General Trades Bid Package 9A- Terrazzo Bid Package 9B- Painting Bid Package 21A- Sprinkler Bid Package 22A- Plumbing Bid Package 23A- HVAC Bid Package 26A- Electrical Owner is not responsible for bids sent via overnight (UPS, FedEx) to arrive on the day bids are due. All interested bidders must demonstrate previous experience with State of Illinois School Projects, complete and file with the Architect a confidential AIA-A305 Contractors Qualification Statement. Qualified bids must include a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid, which shall be a bid bond or certified check. The school district reserves the right to set aside a bid from a contractor who in the school districts opinion does not exhibit experience equal to the size and scope of this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for the INDUSTRIAL ARTS RENOVATION Project. Bidders may not withdraw a bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
