This Statement of Services entails clearing vegetation along the diversion and intake structure, access road, overland penstock route, powerhouse area, and two staging/spoils areas, with high priority areas as defined below to be completed no later than April 15, 2022, prior to clearing restrictions associated with the nesting period of migratory birds. Low priority areas, as defined below, must be cleared outside of the migratory bird nesting window (May 1- July 15) and completed no later than August 15, 2022. Attachment 2 includes drawings of the clearing limits. The Contractor shall perform tree/brush clearing of the clearing limits along the diversion and intake structure, access road, overland penstock route, powerhouse area, and two staging/spoils areas as shown in Attachment 2 clearing limits drawings. The Project cost estimate is $10,000 - $50,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
