Paving Contract Furnish and place approximately 130 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course; 60 Ton ofAsphalt Binder Course, Base Repair; 48 Ton Asphalt Trench Repair; 360 LF 15" HDPE Pipe and 6 Ea Inlet. Seal Coat Contract Furnish and place approximately 3,423 SY Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application and 3,423 SY Asphalt Fog Seal. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 10% ofthe contract, as well as proof ofworkers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals The estimated cost of both the Paving and Seal Coat projects is <100,000.
