All work to be completed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The following structures are impacted: 43rd and Elkhorn Avenue Garage (A); 43rd and Bluestone Avenue Garage (B); Constant Center and 43rd Street Garage (C); Constant Center and 45th Street Garage (D); 49th Street Stadium Garage (E). The Scope of work is generally described as parking structure repairs, as detailed by structure to include:
topping repairs; double tee slab repairs; shear connector repairs; shear connector replacement; double T joint replacement;

43rd and Elkhorn Avenue Garage (A) - Approximately 583 vehicles, three supported levels, pre-topped precast concrete
double tees.
43rd and Bluestone Avenue Garage (B) - Approximately 641 vehicles, three supported levels, pre-topped precast
concrete double tees.
Constant Center and 43rd Street Garage (C) - Approximately 1,371 vehicles, five supported levels, posttensioned
concrete slabs.
Constant Center and 45th Street Garage (D) - Approximately 925 vehicles, four supported levels, pre-topped precast
concrete double tees.
49th Street Stadium Garage (E) - Approximately 719 vehicles, five supported levels, pre-topped precast concrete double
