This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Water Treatment and Service, Moncrief Army Health Clinic (MAHC), Ft. Jackson, SC 29207. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Be advised there will be a scheduled site visit for this requirement dated 11 March 2022 at 10:00am. Please submit your attendees to the site visit names and a copy of their driver's license on 10 March 2022 by 1:00pm. So we can submit the paper work with the names and identification to security. POP 01-APR-2022 TO 31-MAR-2023 Offeror shall submit signed and dated offer at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. Failure to provide all required documents or information may exclude the offeror from further consideration. A paper/hard copy offer or electronic copy will be accepted at the address identified below. Only a signed offer submitted on the SF1449 will be accepted. Your firm will need to show up at Gate 4, Visitor Center at least two (2) hours early for identity verification.To attend, submit the list of people attending with a copy of their driver's license by no later than 10 March 2022 at 10:00am to the contacting Contract Specialist, Roger Miller, via email at roger.d.miller.civ@army.mil with the solicitation number in the subject line of the email W9124C22R0016 Page 55 of 61 (i.e. W9124C22R0016 -Site Visit Request). Information provided at this site visit shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. Any amendment will be uploaded with the current solicitation within SAM.gov. Offerors are requested to review the solicitation and submit only written questions and/or comments with email subject line reference: Ref: Solicitation Number W9124C22R0016 Questions and/or Comments for the Water Treatment Service. All questions must be submitted no later than three (3) business days after scheduled site visit to allow a reasonable time for the Government to respond. All questions submitted after that date may not be answered. Answers to questions will be posted and sent to the prospective Offeror and shall not change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of the solicitation. The solicitation can only be changed by a formal written amendment issued by the MICC Fort Jackson Contracting Office. Moncrief Water Treatment Services FFP The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Water Treatment and Service for Buildings 2445, 4500, 4503, 4504 and 5330.
