City/County : Morton Grove Project Location: Various locations within the Village of Morton Grove Farrell road 1,100 feet south of oak avenue to the north terminus. 151st routine maintenance and emergency repairs of traffic control signals and street lights: maint. Street light equip., 4,044 unit-month; maint. Traf. Control signal equip. 48 unit-month; maint. Flashing traf. Control signal equip. 12 unit-month; detector loop type I 200 lin. Ft.; and remove & replace lighting unit 2 each from farrell road to gougar road. Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the department of transportation. Prequalification forms may be secured from the engineer of construction, administration building, 2300 south dirksen parkway, springfield, IL 62764. All bidders are hereby notified that any proposal requiring work to be performed by a contractor requires the prime and subcontrators to participate in an approved training program UNLESS FEDERAL FUNDS are involved. All bidders must complete BLR12325 (if required) and return with the bidders' proposals. If BLR12325 is not completed, the bid will not be read.
