For the following materials for the 2022 construction season: PG58-28 AC: 2,800 tons PG58-34 AC: 1,500 tons SC 250 15,000 Gallons SC 800 65,000 Gallons CRS-2 Emulsion: 135,000 Gallons - Applied 4,000 Gallons Tack Coat - Unapplied 12,000 Gallons for Spray Patcher - Unapplied CRS-2P Emulsion: 30,000 Gallons - Applied CSS1H Diluted 50% 9(Fog): 20,000 Gallons - Applied (No traffic control needed in bid) CHESS, CMS-2P or Equivalent (Scrub): 55,000 Gallons - Applied (No traffic control needed in bid) The Chippewa County Highway Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept or waive any portion of any bid, waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids or accept any bid or bids which, in the opinion of the Highway Department, will serve the Countys best interest. No quotation may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the time and date set for the opening thereof, without the consent of the Highway Department. Vendors are not allowed to attend the bid opening. Bid tab results will be sent to the bidders.
