Description and location of Project: The principal features of the Work to be performed under this Contract include, but are not limited to the following: 1. An odor control system which includes a biotower vessel, odor control blower, control equipment and panel, and associated piping. 2. Fiberglass reinforced plastic cover over Splitter Structure No. 1 (SP1). 3. Gas monitoring system in the SWPS for H2S, O2, Methane, and Propane. 4. I/O panel (PLC), and associated controls, and alarms. 5. Site work, which includes but is not limited to, water, electrical, excavation and backfill, and disposition of waste. All work shall be done in accordance to MSD's Standard Specifications. The Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $ 800,000.00 and $ 2,000,000.00 .
