The contract is to render the services and perform all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the SUPPLIER shall provide services such as spring cleaning of lawns, mowing of grass, collection of grass clippings, finishing with a brush cutter and collection of leaves fallen on lawns during fall . Initial duration of the contract Subject to the conditions mentioned in the tender documents, the contract covers the period from May 1 , 2022 to April 30, 2024 . Contract renewal Upon written notice from the OMHM to the supplier , this contract may be renewed for a period of twelve (12) months, at the discretion of the OMHM. At the end of the period of the first (1st ) renewal, this contract may be renewed for a second period of twelve (12) months, atthediscretion of the OMHM. At the end of the second (2nd) renewal period , this contract may be renewed for a third period of twelve (12) months, atthediscretion of the OMHM. Any renewal of the contract agreed with the supplier must comply with all the conditions of this contract.
