Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Utica, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Failure to obtain specifications and plans from Plan and Print Systems, Inc., or failure to provide the required deposit will result in rejection of bid. Bids must be submitted upon the proposal form(s) furnished by Plan and Print Systems, Inc., and must not be detached from the proposal book. A deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid will be required. This deposit shall consist of a bid bond or certified check payable to the COUNTY OF ONEIDA. Failure to submit a bid bond or certified check with bid will result in automatic disqualification of bid. Failure to submit a bid upon the proposal form(s) in the proposal book furnished by the Oneida County Department of Public Works will result in automatic disqualification of bid. A Performance Bond and Material & Labor Payment Bond will be required for an amount not less than 100% of bid price. The Owner reserves the right to revise or amend the specifications prior to the date set for opening bids. Such revisions and amendments, if any, will be announced by addenda to this advertisement. Any inquiries regarding details on specifications must be directed in writing to the Commissioner, Oneida County Department of Public Works, 5999 Judd Road, Oriskany, New York 13424. The owner also reserves the right to reject all bids received.
