The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2022-2023 HMA Neighborhood Road Program. This project consists of HMA pavement milling, overlay, and reconstruction of various residential roads with spot curb repairs, as well as drainage structure improvements and concrete sidewalk ramp improvements to ADA compliance. Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % - Maintenance & Guarantee Bond 100 % The undersigned shall complete the Work to Substantial Completion within 120 calendar days, and to Final Completion, including restoration and all punch list items, within 150 calendar days for each project year.
