Reference number : 1581230 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-23 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Snow Removal With Supply and Spreading of Abrasives, As Well as the Winter Maintenance of Rows, Streets, Roads, for Three (3) Years or Five (5) Years The municipality of Saint-Joachim-de-Shefford is requesting bids for snow removal with the supply and spreading of abrasives, as well as winter maintenance of rows, streets and paths, for a period of three (3) years ( 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025) or for a period of five (5) years (2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027). To be considered, any submission must be accompanied by: 1-A bid bond or a certified check in the amount of $25,000 in favor of the Municipality of Saint-Joachim-de-Shefford. This bid security must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days. 2-A letter of intent from a company authorized to stand surety and agreeing to provide a performance bond equivalent to 50% of the amount of the contract. The municipality of Saint-Joachim-de-Shefford reserves the right to choose, depending on the results obtained, to award the contract for a period of three (3) or five (5) years. The municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, without incurring any obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s).
