Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; retail development; and retail development.
The Town of Wake Forest is seeking proposals from experienced firms for the redevelopment of 353 S. White Street in downtown Wake Forest. The Town desires a mixed-use design of ground floor retail, upper story residential, and a Town-owned parking garage. The Town and the Development Finance Initiative (DFI) are releasing the Solicitation for Development Partners for this development opportunity. DFI has worked with the Town since December 2018 to create a financially feasible development opportunity at the SunTrust site.
