Renovation of a library in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The scope of work will include: 1. Removal of the existing Mann Library Generator and replacing it with parallel generators to provide electric feeders to Mann Library Addition, Warren Hall, Fernow Hall, Bradfield Hall, and the Plant Science Building. 2. Connect the Warren Hall Sprinkler System to the Mann Library Addition Fire Pump and remove the Warren Hall Fire Pump with all its unnecessary building connections and equipment. 3. Repair and restore paths, soils, and lawn that will be impacted by the planned excavation. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid. Work shall be completed within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days after Owner's written Notice to Proceed. Estimated Range $1.0M-$1.25M Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 2.5% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 2.6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6.0% *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
