Site work and paving for a civil project in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the City road infrastructure. The scope of the project includes the sewer networks separation, and rehabilitation of 7e Avenue infrastructures. More specifically, the work will include the replacement of the existing combined sewer by a sanitary sewer (pseudo) including the replacement of the service entrances, installation of a storm sewer including service entrances, replacement of the existing aqueduct including service entrances, replacement of aqueduct valves, replacement of fire hydrants, complete reconstruction of the driveway including addition of edge drains, reconstruction of sidewalks, installation of road signage and road markings, paving works. Please note: the realization of the project is conditional to the approval of the municipal council. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a civil engineering professional consultant to complete the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary planning is underway. Project will be next updated if/when approved to tender.
