As of August 7, 2023, an architect and construction manager at risk have been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Marana Public Works Department seeks to retain the services of a qualified, professional firm (Contractor) to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CM@Risk) Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the Community Center and Aquatics Facility. The project buildings consists of an approximately 55,000 square foot community center building and supplemental features as well as an approximately 48,000 square foot aquatic facility to serve Town of Marana residents and visitors. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
