As of May 2, 2022, the project has been awarded and construction is expected to commence May 31, 2022 and be completed by October, 2022. Street Reconstruction Remove Watermain 2,500 LF Remove and Replace Hydrants with 52 EA Valves Remove and Replace Valves 42 EA Concrete Curb 26,500 LF 6 Concrete Driveway Apron 7,200 SF Bituminous Non / Wear Course 15,500 TON Reclaim Bituminous Surface 73,600 SY Street Signs 52 EA New Storm Sewer Structures 18 EA Storm Sewer Pipe 310 LF Temporary Mailbox 400 EA and other necessary appurtenances. All bids shall be accompanied by a 5% bid bond payable to the City of Coon Rapids. The bids will be tabulated by City staff to be considered by City Council at 7:00 p.m., April 19, 2022. The City of Coon Rapids reserves the right to reject or hold all bids for 60 days. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
