Site work and paving for a road / highway in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project includes seven (7) different site locations that includes pavement repairs and other related work as more fully described in the Contract Documents. Estimated base bid cost is between $70,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This is a bonded, public works project. Contractors are required to be licensed by the City and State and shall comply with Title 36. A bid guarantee is required with each bid in the form and amount indicated in the Palmer Standard Specifications. Successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond each in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any of the bids when in its best interest.
