The City of Rockville (City) is seeking proposals from experienced planning, urban design, and architectural firms qualified to provide professional services for the preparation of residential infill design guidelines for the West End and Lincoln Park residential neighborhoods. The project will include a review of existing master plans, building surveys, and applicable portions of the zoning code; massing diagrams, illustrative graphics; the preparation of a user-friendly design guidelines manual, and support for community engagement. The consultant will work in partnership with Community Planning and Development Services (CPDS) staff, who have begun initial engagement meetings with residents.
