Renovation of a municipal facility in Tustin, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, permits, incidentals, travel, traffic control, rentals and equipment necessary to repair and/or replace damaged Midwest Guardrail System (MGS) barriers, Metal Beam Guardrail (MBGR), Thrie Beam Barrier, Terminal Systems, Crash Cushions, Transition Railings, End Anchor Assemblies, and other highway safety components. At the time of bid, bidder shall possess a Class A General Engineering license, OR a C13 Fencing Contractor license, OR a C32 Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) for the guardrail work to be performed. If the Prime Contractor has a Class A General Engineering Contractor license, it may perform traffic control work. If Prime Contractor has a C13 Fencing Contractor license or a C32 Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor license, it must also have a C31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor license. If traffic control work is subcontracted, the subcontractor shall have a valid C31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor license issue by CSLB. At the time of bid, bidder and subcontractor shall be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5.
