Sidewalks are to be considered outside scope of work The New Braunfels Independent School District is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 22-06 from qualified and interested firms for Design-Build Services for the Design and Construction of Playgrounds and Shade Structures for the New Braunfels Independent School District. The scope of work/design criteria may include, but is not limited to the design and construction of playgrounds and shade structures at the following New Braunfels ISD Campuses: A. Klein Road Elementary School, located at 2620 Klein Way, New Braunfels, Texas 78130; B. Memorial Elementary School, located at 1911 S. Walnut, New Braunfels, Texas 78130; C. County Line Elementary School, located at 1200 County Line Road, New Braunfels, Texas 78130; D. Walnut Springs Elementary School, located at 1900 S. Walnut, New Braunfels, Texas 78130; E. Lamar Elementary School, located at 240N. Central, new Braunfels, Texas 78130; F. Veramendi Elementary School, located at 2290 Oak Run Parkway, New Braunfels, Texas 78132; G. Voss Farms Elementary School, located at 2510 Pahmeyer Road, New Braunfels, Texas 78130; and H. Lone Star Early Childhood Center, located at 2343 W. The District reserves the right to contact any Respondent for clarification after responses are opened and/or to further negotiate with any Respondent if such is deemed desirable by District.The District reserves the right to reject any or all Qualifications Statements. There will be no contractual obligation on the part of the District to any Respondent, nor will any Respondent have any property interest or other right in the contract unless and until a reasonable price for the services is negotiated, the contract is unconditionally executed, and all conditions to be fulfilled by the Respondent (e.g. bonding and insurance documentation provided) have either been fulfilled by the Respondent or waived in writing by the District.
