Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of May 06, 2022, this project did not receive any bids but a new bid date has not been established. The City of Bismarck is seeking cost proposals for skylight weathercoat recondition at the Public Works Building located at 601 South 26th Street. If a bid is to be faxed, the bid must be sent to a bidders agent, independent of the City of Bismarck, placed in a sealed envelope, labeled according to this specification and delivered to the office of the City Administrator prior to the deadline. In accordance with North Dakota state law, a separate envelope containing a current North Dakota contractors license and a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount bid must be attached to the outside of the proposal/bid envelope and labeled Bid Bond. Checks or bonds of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them after making the award. Bids must be submitted on blanks furnished by the City of Bismarck and in accordance with specifications and conditions therein contained. Copies of proposal blanks and specifications may be obtained from the Public Works Director of Service Operations by contacting Kim Bohrer at either 701.355.1739 or email kbohrer@bismarcknd.gov. All bidders are invited to be present at the opening of the proposals. The right is reserved to hold all bids for a period of thirty (30) days, to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be for the best interest of the City of Bismarck.
