Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scopes of work include asphalt paving, site concrete, site utilities, interior demolition, misc structural steel, storefront replacement, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The roof replacement and skylights have already been awarded in a previous bid package. This project is tax exempt and has prevailing wage requirements. The NKCSD Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserve the right to be the sole judge of what it considers the lowest responsible bid. All bids are contingent upon available funding. McCownGordon Construction and the NKSCD are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Addendum #1 and #2 have been issued as of 3-18-2022. The Construction Manager is not publicly releasing the bid results tally.
