Coating of Bridge B416 on Southdale Line, Central Elgin The estimated starting date for this project is August 15, 2022, which is outside the Migratory Birds breeding window in accordance with the Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994. The actual starting date will be stipulated in the notice to proceed with the Work. In the event that the Contractor wishes to start prior to August 15, 2022, the Contractor shall obtain a qualified avian biologist to conduct a bird nesting survey of the structure and provide proof to the Contract Administrator that there are no bird nests present. Contractor will have 35 working days or completion by October 7, which ever is achieved first.
