Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Ontario, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Ontario is looking for an Oregon licensed Contractor to perform a comprehensive remodel of the BeckKiwanis Park bathroom located at 455 NW 8th Ave in Ontario Oregon. This project is set up as a performance specification project and will require the Contractor to engage Oregon licensed professionals to develop drawings adequately detailed for construction purposes. Review and approval of the drawings by the City and securing permits will be required steps. Each bid on the project shall be submitted on the prescribed form, including any alternates and addendums, if required. Upon bid award, the successful bidder will promptly execute the Contract, secure payment of Workmen's Compensation Insurance, and furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price and a Payment Bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked Bid for the City of Ontario, Oregon, Beck Park Restroom 2022, and show the name and business address of the bidder.
