Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jamestown, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
All bids are to be submitted on the basis of cash payment for the work and materials and are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope which must be addressed to the undersigned City Administrator. In a separate sealed envelope that is attached to the outside of the bid envelope, there shall be a copy of the bidder's CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE or CERTIFICATE OF RENEWAL which shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid, executed by the bidder as principal, and by a surety company authorized to do business in North Dakota, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract for performance of such work if the contract is awarded to him. Sarah Hellekson, City Administrator It is the intent of the City of Jamestown to require only one (1) bid guarantee for the combined 2022 SIDEWALK AND CURB & GUTTER DISTRICT #22-11 contract.The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to hold all bids until the next regularly scheduled or special meeting.
