Renovation of an educational facility in Stanley, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
upgrades to the mechanical system at the high school. Stanley High School is seeking proposals to provide a Mechanical System upgrade to include the following: - Convert the existing Heating System from Steam to Hot Water. - Upgrade the Temperature Control System by converting all existing Pneumatic Controls to TCS-Basys Controls to match the existing control system and program accordingly. - Project must be completed by 9/30/2022. - Interested Contractors must complete the following to qualify for this project: - Contractors must complete a site visit and review the proposed project - Contractor must pick up a specification packet from Stanley High School and include all specification provisions in proposal. - Contractor must be properly licensed and insured. No bid will be received after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The school board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informalities, irregularities or defects in any proposal, should it deem it to be in the best interest of the Stanley School District to do so.
