Site work and renovation of a civil project in Tracy, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project is more specifically defined in the plans and specifications, but generally includes the following work to be done: In general, the work to be done consists of and is not limited to construction and installation of the Tracy Hills Zone 5 Pump Station including suction piping, pump pads, three pump cans with three pumps and motors, fourth Zone 4 pump, piping, valves, fittings, cathodic protection system, appurtenances, surge tank and pad, flow meter, driveway, site work, electrical work, motor control center, excavations, dewatering, sheeting, shoring, and bracing, and all other incidentals not specifically listed under another schedule, but required for a complete installation, complete in place, tested, and ready for operation at the City's John Jones Water Treatment Plant located at 6649 S. Tracy Blvd. in the city of Tracy. The Engineer's estimate will not be released until the bids are publicly opened. A Class A, General Engineering Contractor's License or Class B General Building Contractor's License is required for this work.
