Renovation of an educational facility in Jacks Creek, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this proposal request is to obtain proposals from qualified vendors that have the ability to replace the roof on Jacks Creek Elementary School. The Chester County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Chester County Board of Education. Install 60-mil TPO or 50-mil PVC roof: Original Roof: Approx. 7015 sq.ft. Remove modified roof, install 1/2 insulation. Gym Roof: Approx. 5225 sq.ft. Cut blisters in existing roof. New Addition: Approx. 6400 sq.ft. Install over existing roof. -Any flashing work needed. -Replace gutter on Hwy 100 side of the school and any other areas needed. -20 year Material and Manufacturer warranty.
