The Town of New Milford intends to contract for the complete installation of two (2) full size cricket pitches, two (2) practice cricket pitches and two (2) batting cages at Clatter Valley Park. The Town seeks a qualified construction firm for the Installation of Cricket Pitches and Batting Cages at Clatter Valley Park. All portions of this project shall be completed no later than May 31, 2022. 1. Creation and installation of one full size all weather cricket pitch (Main pitch). A second identical pitch to be installed if a ground can be secured. 2. Creation, purchase and installation of all-weather cricket nets, (batting and bowling net and cage) The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in part or in whole. Question Submission Deadline:March 28, 2022, 8:00am Question Response Deadline:March 31, 2022, 5:00pm The Municipality reserves its right to consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or the authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered or accepted through ProcureNow. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Municipality may accept or reject any or all bids or any portions thereof and take any action deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
