Village of Bristol Bid Notice For Park Trees Bristol Bay Passive Park and Trail South East Corner Hwy 50 and Hwy 45. The contractor plant 26 trees per the specifications at the Village Hall. All plant material shall conform to American Standards for Nursery Stock . The Village Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and solicit for new bids andr waive any informalities in the proposals and to accept or reject all alternatives or unit prices if, in its opinion, the best interest of the Village will be promoted. Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the maximum bid, payable to the Village of Bristol as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the Contract. The Certified Check is returnable to the bidder immediately after the signing of the Contract. All work under this contract shall be completed by June 15, 2022.
