**As of April 21, 2022, project was awarded to Pacific Coast General Engineering, Inc., but awarded amount is not available.** The WRF Seal Coat Installation Project located in Oakley, California consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services necessary to complete patch work, crack sealing, and seal coating of approximately 300,000 square feet of Water Recycling Facility and Storage Pond driveways and parking areas located at 450 Walnut Meadows Dr. Oakley, California. The work includes mobilization and demobilization; temporary traffic control; patch repair (removal of existing pavement, compaction of base material, tack coat, and placing and compacting of new asphalt; crack seal repairs (sweep and clean existing surface, crack cleanout, and sealant installation; seal coat of the entire asphalt surface; and project cleanup and closeout. The actual limits of work will be identified (painted) by the District prior to starting any work. All bids are to be compared on the basis of the Districts estimate of components to be provided. Ironhouse Sanitary District reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids. Bid award will be made on the basis of a single schedule. The award, if made, will be to the lowest single responsive and responsible bidder. In accordance with the provisions of California Public Contract Code Section 3300, the District has determined that the CONTRACTOR shall possess, as a minimum, a valid Class A License.
