Site work for a mixed-use development in Ogdensburg, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a industrial development; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
Bids shall be accompanied by money order, certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%).The City of Ogdensburg reserves the right to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond in the amount equal to the Contract award. 1) Demolition, removal, staging, and testing of concrete slabs. 2) Excavation and stockpiling for reuse approximately 200 CY of clean soil from the Main Mill Basement area and above the Maintenance Garage drainage pipe. 3) Excavation, demolition, staging, and testing of approximately 160 cubic yards of metals contaminated soil and 25 tons of metals contaminated concrete. Results of analytical testing will determine disposal quantities. 4) Excavation, demolition, staging, and testing of approximately 140 cubic yards of PCB contaminated soil and 150 tons of PCB contaminated concrete. Results of analytical testing will determine disposal quantities. 5) Excavation, removal, and disposal of PCB-impacted drainage piping and concrete structures and PCB-impacted sediment and sludge. 6) Pumping, storage, and disposal of groundwater encountered in excavation pit. 7) Backfilling and compacting of excavations with approximately 500 cubic yards of fill.
