If Sonoma Water considers interpretations or clarifications necessary, Sonoma Water will provide a written supplement to this RFQ. For technical issues with the County of Sonoma Supplier Portal, please contact the County of Sonoma Purchasing Department Vendor Desk at supplier-desk@sonomacounty.org. Sonoma County Water Agency and its affiliated sanitation districts (Sonoma Water) invite Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms interested in providing facility assessment and feasibility study services. A list of qualified firms will be developed and used over the next three years for future projects. Projects may include, but are not limited to, a project (Project) to evaluate long-term strategies to provide water supply resiliency to the Russian River in the face of exceptional drought, continuing effects of climate change, and likely license surrender and decommissioning the Potter Valley Hydroelectric Project (PVP) by Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E). A description of the Project is included in Attachment 1. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
