The City of Worcester is not responsible for bids not properly marked. Bid Security (5% of Total Bid) All questions must be referred in writing to Chris Gagliastro via e-mail at gagliastroc@worcesterma.gov MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work, as Highway Construction or Pavement Surfacing, for the project with an estimated value of $ 2,096,470.98 will be required.
