*for O.D.O.T #448 Type 1 Surface Asphaltic Concrete. This shall consist of Aggregate and Bituminous Material mixed at and picked up at the plant as bid; and #448 Type 2 Intermediate Asphaltic Concrete. This shall also consist of Aggregate and bituminous Material mixed at a Central Plant and picked up at the plant as bid, and 301 Base for the year 2022. This also includes prices for Asphalt bid in place for the Township Roads for #448 Type 1 and #448 Type 2 and 301 Base installed. Sealed bids shall be marked on the envelope "Bids for Asphalt #448". These prices will apply to any and all projects that Eaton Township elects to do during the construction year 2022. A Bid Bond in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) shall accompany each proposal as a guarantee that a contract will entered into if the proposal is accepted, which shall be returned promptly to the unsuccessful bidders upon acceptance of a bed by Easton Township. The Bidder shall furnish Eaton Township with a Certificate of insurance showing proof that the Bidder has Liability Insurance in the amount of $300,000.00 Properly Damage Liability, and that the bidder also has Contractual Liability Coverage. *for Limestone for the year 2022. Bids will be for Limestone from an acceptable source. All gradations of limestone required to meet O.D.O.T Specifications #703. A further requirement is that the Limestone Aggregate will have an absorption rate of less that 5%. The stone to be of size 304,411, 57 ad 8, to be delivered to Eaton Township Stockpile at 12043 Avon Belden Road or to be stockpiled within five miles of such address to be loaded on Township Truck on demand. bids shall also be fore river stone size 304,411,57 and 8 picked up by Eaton Township at your yard. A Bid Bond in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) shall accompany each proposal as guarantee that a contract will be entered into if the proposal is accepted, which shall be returned promptly to the unsuccessful bidders upon acceptance of a bid by Eaton Township. This price will apply to any and all projects that Eaton Township elects to do during the construction year 2022. The Bidder shall furnish Eaton Township with Certificate of Insurance showing proof that the bidder has Liability Insurance in the amount of $300,00.00 Bodily Injury Liability and that the bidder also had Contractual Liability Coverage. .
