A pre-bid conference is not scheduled for this project. 5% Bid Bond will be required. A performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the owner, will be required to ensure faithful performance of the contract. The duration of the performance and payment bond shall be one year after the anticipated completion date of the project.
