General Outline of Work: Traffic Control Devices Erosion and Sedmentation Control Tree and Shrub Preservation Selective Site Demolition Electrical (sign and flagpole lighting) Masonry Flagpoles Irrigation Landscape Fine Grading and Seeded Lawn Bidders should direct questions and correspondence related to the project to Russell Design 114 Rayson Street, Suite 2A Northville, Michigan 48167. (248) 231-374-3222, or marcr@russelldesign.net. Proposals must be on forms furnished in the bid documents and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in amount of five (5%) percent of Proposal submitted. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond, and in amount of one-hundred (100%) percent of Contract, total cost of which to be paid by accepted Bidder. All Proposals submitted to remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days after official opening of Bids. The City of Roseville reserves right to reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities therein.
