The contracts contemplated consist of providing maintenance, repair and installation related to masonry and waterproofing. Contractor may provide on-call services to all Metro facilities, and provide timely response to requests. The contracts contemplated consist of On-Call Masonry Services & On-Call Masonry Waterproofing Services. Services may be performed for the following venues but is not limited to: Oregon Zoo, 4001 SW Canyon Rd, Portland, OR 97221. Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE MLK, Jr. Blvd., Portland OR 97232. Portland Expo Center, 2060 North Marine Dr, Portland, OR 97217. Metro Regional Center, 600 NE Grand Ave, Portland OR 97232 .All Metro Parks and Natural Areas (Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties) Metro intends to award this contract to multiple firms. The term of the contract is anticipated to be April 2022 through April 2027. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, or a bid bond issued by a surety authorized to conduct such business in the state of Oregon. Security shall be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price. The bid security shall serve as a guarantee that the bidder will not withdraw the bid for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening, and if awarded the contract, will execute the Metro contract and furnish all required bonds and insurance with the time frame specified. Metro reserves the right to renew contract for additional terms not to exceed a total of five (5) years. Metro reserves the right to award additional contracts from this ITB during the above stated term.
