Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Riverton, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the 11800 South (3807 W) Frontage Improvement Project. which consists of: Remove 460 square feet of concrete driveways and sidewalk. Construct 645 square feet of concrete sidewalk. Construct 390 square feet of concrete driveway. Construct 210 square feet of concrete driveway approach. Relocate / Adjust to Grade one (1) culinary water meter. Install one (1) new secondary water meter and service box. Relocate one (1) mailbox. The project will also include other items as specified. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. Riverton City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
