CHANGES AND/OR EXCEPTIONS TO THE CITY OF BURBANK GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR BID AND YOUR ORGANIZATION/COMPANY WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. Other Details BIDS OR FORMS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS NON-RESPONSIVE. Successful Bidder shall comply with the "City of Burbank Executive Order Mandating COVID-19 Vaccination for Contractors" ("Order"), while the Order remains in effect. Successful Bidder shall complete the Attestation of Contractor Compliance as required by the Order, and return such attestation to the City as part of the Contract Documents per the General Conditions, Section 42. The Due Date for Questions has been extended until Monday, April 11, 2022 @ 4:00 PM.
