Currently, the City is using the Linear E-Merge for our access control system at the majority of the City's sites. This system has reached its end of life. The City is seeking to migrate the doors controlled by this legacy system to Genetec's Synergis access control system, which the City has implemented at our Police facilities. The purpose of the RFP is to seek bids for the migration of the door access control to a unified Genetec's Synergis access control system. The contractor will assess the current system and hardware to provide a proposal The bidder must attach a pdf file to the electronic bid submission containing all the completed and signed Bid Documents The bidder is solely responsible for "on time" submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted. Bidder shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service.
