Renovation of a mixed-use development in Oregon, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Furnish and install a generator and automatic transfer switch and associated conduit and wiring for the City Hall and the 10th Street lift station. Site Directions: City Hall, 115 N. 3rd Street, Oregon, IL and 10th Street lift station near intersection of 10th Street and Webster Street. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. The City of Oregon is an equal opportunity employer.
